J.C. Chang & Associates, Inc. (JCCA) is a multi-discipline Architectural and Engineering firm. Founded in 1985 in Los Angeles, California, JCCA has satellite locations in Orange County, Southern California; San Rafael, Northern California; and the Mid-Atlantic region in Baltimore, Maryland. JCCA provides design and building solutions to both the private and public sectors.
