Campus-Wide Services Included
- A survey of the existing conditions of all on site buildings; structures; facilities of the physical plant – interiors and exteriors; grounds; roadways; systems –such as mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire alarm and suppression, life safety, and utility distribution systems.
- A report of the existing conditions survey findings and analyses of the infrastructure, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, site, and civil conditions. Architectural findings included an evaluation of the structures and sites requirements in relation to the Historic Preservation Policy Act. The report documented the potential presence of hazardous materials or conditions existing on site which may require further testing and abatement. The report included findings and analyses for each major building and each system.
